Your onboarding process begins with a one-hour call led with your Simple Customer Success Guide. They walk you through your account setup and demonstrate how to navigate the platform.
2. Supported first invoice uploads
With support from the team, you’ll upload a sample set of invoices to generate a preliminary carbon report.
3. Granular data in hours
Once all invoices are uploaded, the platform generates GHG Protocol-compliant reports. These include detailed emissions data and can be used for internal tracking, external disclosures, and identifying opportunities for emissions reduction.
